Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering the ordered products to the right customers at the right time, so you can set aside all your apprehensions and avail of our services without any reluctance. We provide you with a well-established delivery mechanism that ensures that the products ordered arrive without any defects, damage, or quality issues.

  1. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  2. Orders are personally crafted and usually takes between 15-65 days to get the apparel ready, depending on the product and its customizations. Orders are shipped within the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation with the client by our sales team and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms.   3. Istya is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  4. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

  6. Duties - Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, they will be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer's payment made to us. You’ll be charged as per the rules of your country or government.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly across geographies. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis. Customs Duty & other international taxes etc., if applicable, will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.
