- Damaged or Defective Items: We assure the best quality of products but If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at +91-9748272959 or contact@istya.co.in within 5 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for its return and will resolve the issue and send it back at our cost. If a new piece has to be made, we will do that urgently and send it back to you.

- Istya won’t be responsible for any defect caused by delivery partners or by the customers.
- Istya won’t be responsible for the color discrepancy. Customers must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received. In such cases, returns won’t be entertained.
